Overview

Running a hotel successfully is a demanding task. At the end of the day, your guests expect friendly service and a high standard of comfort, and both at a reasonable price.
Wouldn’t it be nice if some things could run automatically in the future? With intelligent building technology, they will.

Regardless of whether it’s a matter of lighting, blinds, heating, building management, interfacing to property management systems, new extensions or renovations.

Create an oasis of comfort for your guests with the comfort offered by the Bed Side Panel, for instance. With this central control unit, your guests can control all room functions remotely from their bed: lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, curtains, service, wake-up function or central ON/OFF.

Everyday life in a hotel is varied, and so is the type of lighting needed - particularly outdoors, in the foyer and in the corridors.
To make a positive impact on the amount of energy you use, you can flexibly adapt the hotel lighting to meet your needs using intelligent technology.

Do you know how many lamps and lights are switched on day in, day out in your hotel? And left on for hours on end and sometimes overnight? Take the opportunity to allow your lights to be switched on and off using movement- and brightness-dependent presence detectors.

The lighting only switches on when the presence detectors installed in the Everyday life in a hotel is varied, and so is the type of lighting needed - particularly outdoors, in the foyer and in the corridors. To make a positive impact on the amount of energy you use, you can flexibly adapt the hotel lighting to meet your needs using intelligent technology.

Corridors of your hotel report the presence of your guests. The lighting then switches off again when required. In this way, even long corridors can be monitored without interruption, and their lighting can be intelligently controlled. These attractive presence detectors can reduce your electricity costs by up to 70%.

Does your hotel host conferences and seminars? Why not offer your guests something they will particularly appreciate: convenient technology. Technology that allows
the speaker to concentrate on what is important: the audience and the content of the presentation.

By activating the “Presentation” scene, your guests automatically set off a series of actions: The screen moves automatically into position. The projector switches itself on. The blinds are lowered. The ventilation system ensures pleasant air conditioning. And last but not least, the lights are dimmed

The hotel pool heated to 28 degrees, the banquet festively lit or the conference room pleasantly air conditioned. Your guests may take these things for granted but they’re a challenge for any hotel. Particularly if you want to clearly control and operate the increasing number of different building functions from a central location.

Until now, many functions could only be controlled separately and decentrally. Integrated building management systems put you in control, offering you an all-in-one solution.

The great advantage is that you can control a multitude of building functions centrally. A milestone in the progress of technology towards convenient, secure and efficient facility
management.
